The NEW Ellisimo GOLD is available now. It includes the ability to resize embroidery designs on the Ellisimo GOLD while keeping the density intact, speciality bobbin case is now included for creating beautiful bobbin work with decorative threads with the speciality bobbin case. New features include the Color visualizer and the On Screen Designer including a tablet and pen for digitizing on your Ellisimo. You are going to love the Ellisimo GOLD. WOW!

Current Ellisimo owners can upgrade to GOLD with upgrades I and II. Upgrade I includes resizing on your Ellisimo and bobbin work with the special bobbin case. Upgrade II includes the Color Visualizer and the On Screen Designer, with the tablet and pen for digitizing on your Ellisimo.

We've Expanded... Grand Opening October 2

SewVac Outlet (Humble Sewing Center) has grown. We've doubled the size of the store to 8,000 sq. ft. To celebrate we are having a Grand Opening on Saturday, October 2. We have a larger showroom, more products, including Nancy's Notions, a Sewing Furniture Showroom with Koala, Kangaroo, and Arrow cabinets. We have more classroom space and new and interesting classes. More are planned.

Chic Bags Camp Samples

Teen/Tween Chic Bags Camp (ages 8 to Teens)

Dates:  Aug. 2nd-6th   

Time:  2pm-4:30pm 

Fee:  $175 (We provide machines, fabrics, and all supplies during camp.) 

8 student limit, pre-registration required 

Description: 

Make 5 chic fashion bags during this 5 day sew camp!  Learn designer techniques with magnetic snaps, drawstrings, buttonholes, zippers and more while you make these kid friendly projects. 

Note:  All students must come 30 minutes early on 1st day of camp for orientation. All students will receive a *$25 Gift Certificate towards the purchase of any new sewing machine at Humble Sewing Center.  *Gift Certificate valid during your sew camp only.   

If you want to bring your own machine to this camp, it must be one that you purchased new from Humble Sewing Center.  Contact jenny@sewvacoutlet.com to make special arrangements.

Embroidery Club - June

In Embroidery Club this month, you will embroider a free standing lace bookmark. This will be a fun and education project on how to successful embroider free standing lace. And, the bookmark is something you can use or give as a gift.

Supply List:
Sew n Wash stabilizer (woven water soluble)
Embroidery thread
Bobbins wound with the same embroidery thread
Embroidery Machine w 5x7 Embroidery hoop or larger

We will embroidery directly on the stabilizer. Once the stabilizer is rinsed out, you will be left with a free standing lace bookmark.
